2016 Service Learning Institute: Curriculum Community Connection

International speaker, trainer, and author of The Complete Guide to Service Leaning, Cathryn B. Kaye will join the Greater Cincinnati Service Learning Network once again to offer teachers a highly engaging, innovative workshop modeling best practices for teaching and learning. Cathy has a proven track record of inspiring teachers with highly effective teaching strategies that increase participant professional growth and their practice of service learning methods in their school.

“Thanks to all who had a hand in bringing Cathy to Cincinnati. She was one of the most engaging speakers I have heard in a long time. Her advice was practical not only for service learning, but for all areas of teaching. I hope to be a better teacher and learner because of this!”

– Villa Madonna Academy

Thank you for a very meaningful professional development yesterday. I learned so many wonderful things that I can’t wait to implement in my classroom and share with my colleagues. It is so nice to spend a day with professionals that feel the same way about student learning and have a common goal in mind.

-Oak Hills School District
